You schedule a service via our website or by texting/calling us. We dispatch a certified FuelMate technician who refuels or services your vehicle on-site, without you needing to leave.

FuelMate operates Monday through Saturday, 7 AM – 7 PM. Emergency or VIP deliveries may be available by request.

Yes! Our fueling techs are trained and follow all DOT-compliant safety protocols. Our equipment is inspected regularly and we carry full commercial insurance.

Yes. We require location verification and send status updates when your vehicle is serviced. You can also leave instructions on where your fuel door is, and we’ll take care of the rest—even if you’re not home.
